(鏈條長度為前後都是大盤且不經過變速器時再加兩目)

小弟試過調"L"跟"H"螺絲..但是..調到一拜了..還是偶爾會掉..請問是否要調整鋼絲的鬆緊?
要怎樣調鋼絲才是標準鬆緊?
