之前Jimmy遇到老鋼管車架 沒有前叉 或是 前叉撞歪~~
新買的前叉.......太長 牙紋鎖不到......
後來~~~
今天的主角~~ 1" 24TPI 攻牙器

當初為了省$ 運費 後面的牙板版手去太原路買的~~ Size不合

照例 先來個 高裝檢一下
之前在 大白號預組時~~ 有提到 姚明的前叉 唉! 後來就搞了這組"家私"

這支~~ 澳洲 " 趕羚羊" 牌 前叉! (肩蓋上是 羚羊的mark~~)
嘿嘿~~ 鴿子管材喔!

原車的車架 應該是身高195以上的 高大老外~~~ 或是NBA的"姚明"囉~

下一台車的上管約 13.5cm
根據之前做快拆車牙的經驗~~ 做記號立可白 來一下 最快!

開始車牙囉~~~

米:好緊喔~~ 來點潤滑油~
蔡: 多一點?

總共要轉約50圈吧~~~ (車牙約 6 cm = 2.36" *24TPI =56圈)
大概轉個15圈! 豆大的汗就滴到地上去了~~~ "金拍探"

新車的牙 再用銅刷 清一下鐵屑~~~ 完工~~~

難怪現代車車都是無牙前叉了~~
最後 試組確認頭碗牙紋後! 再把多出的上管 鋸掉 即可~~
嘿嘿嘿 有這台就簡單了~~~
