原文 :these are a new "transition" technique that david is using on 2010 and forward Helix's. these "bullets" are machined out to be lighter, but the fact that we can use more weld makes this the strongest transition piece into the drop outs yet. 看了照片跟文字的比對 我的心得如下
我的dropout 跟後下叉還有後上叉連結的地方是有一點像子彈型的管材，而其他兩台式直直的管材 然後一個剖面的悍點。 官網是說 我的這台設計是新的 transition 手法 (連接)，這是2010年的設計。 我這個子彈型的連接管材重量比較輕，但是可以提供更多的焊點所以變的更強壯。
樓主你的是2008年的所以是舊款的，另外一台雖然是台灣代理商進的，但是可能也是不知道放多久的車架，我的是今年9月才拿到，所以就是用2010年以後的設計，才有這個"子彈"的設計。
希望我這樣的解釋 夠清楚。
