Yesterday I received the black and white Foil 10 which I have been looking forward to for a long time. To tell the truth, I was very disappointed with it. The baked painting is not only outrageous, but a “disaster”. The painting is wavy on the toptube and you can feel it by touching. As an expensive and high class bike frame like Foil 10, I am wondering how it could pass the quality control before it was distributed to the costumer. I also want to know who you will solve this kind of problem. Please DO NOT stall your loyal costumers off with the excuse “Does not affect safety” as we are paying so much money for “riding desire” as well, which doesn’t exist anymore when I see the painting on the toptube.
