甚麼是保有法律追訴權？台灣的法律只有告跟不告而已，要告你就六個月內告，不告，六個月以後你也告不成，不管你自己是否宣布要保有法律追訴權。所以「保留」追訴權這句話，說了等於沒說。你「保留」也好，「不保留」也罷，這個「期間」並不因之而有所改變。想要唬人卻自曝其短，讓人家知道你不懂法律。
節錄前最高法院主任檢察官葉雪鵬先生所著「追訴權可以保留多久？」一文中的一段大家參考一下：
誹謗罪依刑法第三百十四條的規定：「須告訴乃論」。告訴乃論的犯罪，依據刑事訴訟法第二百三十七條第一項的規定，得為告訴之人應自知悉犯人之時起，六個月內提出告訴。過了六個月的告訴期間提出的告訴，偵查中檢察官依刑事訴訟法第二百五十二條第五款的規定，應為不起訴處分。
追訴權可以保留多久？
另外補充一下：在網路上發言，不管你有沒有經過原廠處理判斷，只要是陳述事實，佐以照片、影音檔為證，毀謗罪是不成立的。店家公開販售商品，所謂公開之事，就是可受公評，只要是陳述事實，皆是受法律所保障的言論自由。
那些長久以來享有諸多權利的人，忘了這是由許多人犧牲奉獻換來的。

這台車車好像是騎了18年後裂開的，小弟我最後騎車是高一...

只知道我的迪爵125在騎了10年之後葛屁了 XD
cracked Casati steel frame, can it be fixed?
I'm a newbie at road bikes but I inherited a 1993 Casati with "Columbus" marking on the frame and I'm learning this is a steel bike. Anyway, there is a crack on the downtube about 1/4 inch running across the downtube. The crack appears to have gone through the tube. At the crack area of course is also a bigger dent area.
Can this be soundly repaired for under $100? I would think maybe a couple of spot welds could fix it? I was thinking of bringing it to a blacksmith near my house to have him throw a couple welds on there. But I know nothing about welding.
I really like the look of this frame and it rides nicely for my puposes and really not looking to buy a new bike.
