我的sst車架後叉金油莫名其妙脫落,送去車行看(確認過我沒有摔車)是產品的問題
然後送去永春東路的旗艦店看,居然跟我報價補金油要5000塊
不是沒有錢,但是
這個牌子的東西這輩子絕不會再考慮!

當我訂製時决定向廠方加購"Three Year Protection選項" :
"Three-Year Protection (TYP) is a program that lets new customers buy coverage against accidental damage to their frame.
TYP protects against unforeseen, unlucky, or unfortunate damage to their Seven frame for three years after purchase. While it doesn’t cover intentional abuse, it protects them from damage caused in car crashes, bike crashes, accidents, etc.
•Damage to the frame will be repaired free of charge for 3 years from date of purchase, to the original owner of the frame.
•While we will do our best to repair—not replace—all damages, if frame replacement is deemed necessary by Seven Cycles, the frame owner will be charged only 50% of the original retail price of a new frame. Carbon frames will almost always require replacement if exposed to impact."
亮點是廠方並沒有追加選項費用.
