就您提供的表來看兩種管材實在差異極小
1.極限強度差3KSI,基本上算同級!
2.伸長率DEDA可較853多3%,應可勉強解釋為較Q(韌性較佳)吧!
3.其他敘述是指製作及銲接應注意事項,這些項目853敘述較詳細,原廠建議該管材係經熱處理製成之無縫合金鋼管,焊接後應以空冷(亦即禁止水淬),以避免焊接處硬.脆化,相對DEDA標示其合金成分,但是DEDA基本上亦屬經熱處理製成之無縫合金鋼管(就其性能及現今技術層面),其處理過程應予853大同小異,但這也點出一項重點,不管任合管材焊接及後處理,才是重點!!但消費者卻看不到,只能道聽塗說,靠口耳相傳,誰的管材比較棒,事實上是沒有任何意義的口水吧!
