近日要把前叉豎管裁管
發現有二派說法
1.在龍頭上緣畫一條線
前叉豎管沿著這條線裁
裁完後豎管高度與龍頭上緣等高
頭碗上蓋與龍頭間需留一個墊圈
2.在龍頭上緣畫一條線
裁切線在此線下方3-5mm
裁完後豎管比龍頭上緣低
頭碗上蓋與龍頭間不需墊圈

本以為是豎管材質碳纖與否的差別
但是pro bike也這樣搞
從龍頭螺絲是否迫緊豎管、上下螺絲扭力值是否均等
各位認為是?

1,可能有些特規的零件可以做得到吧...
我的實務經驗根本做不到
只靠摩擦力迫不緊啊
要馬用2的安裝
要馬就是龍頭上要留一小截啊
而且根據我的經驗
龍頭上的墊片必須7起跳
連6都不行
會不夠緊啊

這個圖應該是想表達
龍頭上留一大截
導致龍頭鎖固的地方有一大半是空心
這樣不可...
從這圖還可以看到
墊圈下面寫的是頭管啊
這就是我一再強調
所謂墊高多少
其實是從突出頭管上緣的地方開始計算呢...
同意樓上說的，圖2的重點是在梅花(or Plug)和龍頭的高度必需儘量重疊，不然龍頭鎖緊的時候就會有一部份懸空了..

height. Alternately, do not place a spacer group that exceeds 40mm

top cap.
