FD and RD were from eBay. Total price of Di2 without battary charger and crankset is about $2000 USD. I spent 2 ~ 3 hours to cut and soldering the cable, they are TOO TINY!

Thats not too bad for pricing...but for you to use a MTB cassette like the newer 36T you can't use the stock D/A derailleur?

I like your taste in bikes, the Ti Seven Sola is such a classic frame, all you need to do is have them weld on disc brake tabs then you are set to go. Have you notice any difference i ride quality after 12 years, has the Ti become softer/flexy over the years? Is that a full custom frame?
