hard start your O2 mini will fix itself. I was have same problem as you. now fixed.

I use "Pocket Bluetooth Tool" - this will help you. My problem is similar and no reset (hard of soft) will help my situation before I found this program. This progran lets you select COM port to match your BT devices.
Search "HowardForum" article by "Bangleboy" for download location.
