Mercedes-Benz 2009 E-Classes HUGE DISCOUNTS: E350 for $35.5K, E550 for $51K, E63 for $67K (YMMV depending on the dealer)
Just like the title says, Mercedes-Benz is offering HUGE DISCOUNTS to clear out their 2009 E-Classes! So far for July 2009, these are the lowest prices (minus taxes and licensing fees) that I've heard of so far:
Entry E350 = $35,500
Loaded E550 = $51,000
Loaded E63 AMG = $67,000

Good luck on these purchases. The merc dealers are very desperate selling their cars and i think it is a good time to make a new car purchase; however i am just not a fan to purchase older models of cars, it's just me.
