我覺得這樣的因素，很難在短時間內查清楚
涉及的層面很大，故障可能來自各方面
說不定整車線路，需重新拆裝（如同其他大大說的電系問題）
只有原廠才有時間、費用、人力，來追這個問題的源頭
區域代理商與分公司，真的做不到（資源不夠）
可惜台灣沒有檸檬車的法規
如果有的話，對車主是保障，
對車商來說也便於明快處理
（當然，處理後，車商會不會針對這台車，努力找出root cause（RCA），就不可知）

我也知道這問題發生的機率，不可能為零（任何人都可能會碰上）
所以買車以後，
我還真的努力念佛經，
希望交車時，給我一台正常的車子

台灣是個法治國家，也是個輿論自由的社會，在一定的規範內，每個人都有相同的權利說想說的話，做想做的事。
只要有人的地方，就會有爭執，所以建立起一個公開、公正、專業、客觀且透明的仲裁單位，就非常重要。
爭執來自於雙方對事情處理結果的期待有落差，落差若不大，雙方各退一步，取個中間值，圓滿解決。
萬一落差太大，那執法單位就扮演相當重要的地位，但是走到這一關往往都是搞到雙方失和，而不得不採取的合法爭理的最終手段。
我要說的是，「法律條文」也是跟著時代轉變、人類生活方式演進，往更合乎多數人期待的標準去修正。
事情有爭執，到最後終要有個判決的結果，但如果類似的爭執不斷發生，以及社會弱勢得不到合理的保護時（即便是合法的判決結果），也是一樣不符合社會期待（公義），雖然合法解決了，但不代表爭議也跟著消失。
那這該如何呢？我認為由大多數人向政府提出陳情，透過應有程序到立法院制定更合乎時勢與道理的新法，並重視社會弱勢的保護，重新界定更明確權利義務關係，這才能降低不必要的社會糾紛。
台灣需要是更和諧的社會，昨天的保時捷衝撞事件，絕對是雙方期待落差很大，而且找不到對話窗口，所以演變成如此激烈的手段，我也是類似事件的受害者，我可以體會車主內心的憤恨與掙扎，但不是每個人都有這實力去做同樣的事，那公正的法律才是我們最終的依靠。
說了半天，重點是台灣消費者仍是弱勢，畢竟當個人面對企業體系時，大多沒有時間、精神跟預算，來為自己的委屈申冤，在汽車買賣與品質保障方面尤其多，如果涉及人身安全的問題層級都被漠視，那台灣沒有資格說自己是已開發國家。
支持台灣制定檸檬車法，如果車子在售出120天，行駛12,000公里以內，同一問題經過四次維修仍無法解決，就必須解除契約，原價購回。
但我個人認為，如果問題明顯涉及人身安全疑慮，如行進間熄火、斷油、煞車失靈或爆衝，頂多給兩次機會，而且限定車商出面協商時間，及延長到兩年起碼50,000公里保障，避免策略性惡意拖延時間。
生命是無價的，不分貧富貴賤，這樣車商才會更嚴謹做好品質的管控，讓消費者放心使用，這樣才是建立社會更和諧的雙贏方法。
再囉嗦一次，台灣檸檬車法一定要受重視，每個人都會有機會購車，什麼廠牌都一樣，別存僥倖心理，遇到一次就把你折磨到吐血。

澳洲有一位哥叫做Teg，6W澳幣買了輛grand jeep Cherokee(大切諾基)，因為啓動不良返廠維修了15次，最嚴重的一次剛修完就再次熄火不能動。
Jeep客服無法解決不能退也不給換，搞的這位哥十分火，這位哥沒拉白布條也沒有在經銷商門口砸,只是寫了一首歌還拍了個MV,於是讓Jeep公司一下子悔不當初。
