購買asos低存量商品時注意

買了很多年asos也是第一次碰到這情況... 我前幾天買了3樣30英鎊的東西 用了超過100打85折的碼後 總價是120-18=102 出貨時寄信來通知我其中一件缺貨 退款金額12... 對 他把我剩餘兩樣的折扣也拿掉了(商品原價30-該單總折扣18) 我覺得這很不公平 我回信要求應該退我25.5才對 訂單已經成立你沒有權利把我的折扣拿掉 因為這並不是我造成的 是否該把我這張單解除或者其他方法 然後我得到下列回應:

I'm sorry to see that one of the items you bought was out of stock when we went to send it out to you.

I've looked into this for you and we thought we had stock when we didn't. When we tried to pack your order, we realised our mistake and refunded your money.

As discount was applied to your order which meant that you could have 15% off when you placed an order over £100, as soon as that item was refunded the discount also came off from the refund. I'm afraid when this happens, we're unable to change the refund amount.

We're also not able to cancel the order for you now as it is currently on it's way to you.

However, I've spoken with a manager for you and if you would like to buy another item, as soon as you've received it we'll then apply a 15% discount to that item.

還好你那東西不貴,我遇到更慘的

去年買一件gstar的皮衣,結果asos在出貨前跟我說因為它們的疏失而無法出貨,所以要退錢給我,但重點是皮衣的刷卡手續費兩三百元就這樣被吃銀行了,跟asos反應他們也只會裝死手續費不是他們收的,但我卻要因為他們的疏失白白多付這筆錢。

近幾年asos一直向下沉淪,以前是在出貨前才會向銀行請款,現在則是一下單就馬上去請款「不管是否真的有庫存」。

更誇張的是退貨的瑕疵品可能還會拿去當良品繼續販售,消費者收到商品時罩子真的要放亮一點。
我記得取消交易的話手續費也會跟著取消... 不過辦一張現金回饋1.5%以上的外幣交易用的卡就能解決

我已經上訴完成 再下一次單跟之前的總和超過100就好

When you use a minimum spend code you will get only get the discount once you go over the needed amount. As we couldn't send one of your items this means you fell under the £100 mark so we took our 15% discount back this happens automatically but as its not your fault we will still honour it.

But for us to be able to honour it we will need you to purchase the xxx again to take you back over the £100 mark where we can then apply the discount again for you once you have received your order.

So once you have place the order for the xxx and have received it and is happy to keep it please can you get back in touch and we will get this refunded for you.

如果沒意外 他會取消之前的退款12且把新訂單的金額30全部折抵

現在ASOS服務真的跟之前比起來差很多
現在跟客服反應問題都愛理不理的隔很多天才回信
以前寄錯商品或商品瑕疵至少還很乾脆的提供9折碼現在好像也沒了
國外有國外的規則,請不要以為台灣吵鬧的那套在國外吃得開,尤其是歐洲

因為網購平台的疏忽折扣不見心情很X這可以理解

但不管你怎麼鬧他們都不會理你的,不要浪費時間在這種事情上吧

去歐洲買東西考慮太久都會被店員翻白眼了

歐洲人可不像台灣人這麼好講話,他們很強硬地說不行就不行

就算你上訴100次他們也懶得理你

你一定搞錯了
刷退時,跨國交易手續費也會一併刷退
我在國外刷了一筆,後來被請款後退貨,可是沒有退手續費。

可是手續費好像是vsia收的欸 刷退好像也會有阿
題外話,我刷的正是國外消費現金回饋1.5%的那張卡,但不管如何我還是白白虧掉手續費。

我想asos只是單純「退錢」給我而不是「推刷」,所以最初的手續費沒有退回來,如果有更了解國外刷卡交易的朋友歡迎指正,謝謝
