事情是這樣的,兩個月前小弟訂了商品,收到後發現少了一個皮帶,馬上到ASOS的臉書用簡單的英文告知,ASOS客服回覆我後也立刻又補寄了一個訂單給我,補寄的訂單上面是11/26寄出的,但我又沒收到,所以又寫了封信給客服,但這次的回信太長,小弟有點看不懂,麻煩厲害的大大幫我翻譯一下,以下為客服回信:
Hey 我的名字, thanks so much for whizzing that info over to me. I'm so sorry to hear you've not got your hands on you're new ASOS belt. I've just taken a peek at this for you & can see that your parcel is being delivered by your local postal service & was due to arrive by the 16th Dec. In case there's any local postal delays in your area can I kindly ask you to allow up until the 4th Jan for your order to arrive. As it's on an untrackable service I'm unable to see it's current location however if you get in touch with your local postal office they may be able to give you some more info on this. The delivery address I have for you is - 我的住址. It's also worth checking with your immediate neighbours & any safe places it could have been left while you weren't around.
