Thank you for shopping at MRPORTER.COM.
MRPORTER.COM ships to Taiwan ROC on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that taxes and duties are not included in your final purchase price.
Instead, when your order arrives in Taiwan ROC you will be invoiced by our shipping partner, DHL. As these charges are imposed by your local Customs bureau, we are unable to specify the exact amount you will need to pay.
We recommend you contact DHL to request a 'landed cost' estimate (your local number can be found at www.dhl.com).
If you decide to accept these DDU shipping terms, you will be liable for all customs charges applied to your delivery upon its arrival in Taiwan ROC. We also want to make you aware that should you request an exchange, you will also be charged taxes and duties on the replacement item.
Please let us know within the next 5 days if you wish to proceed with your order.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Shipping Department

As our invoice are legal documentation we are unable to amend any of the details. As This is a policy that MR PORTER has no influence over and unfortunately will always be in place. We are sorry for the disappointment.
Please let us know if we can assist you further.
