我在1/24下單 1/25運送 ASOS說2/8會到,等到2/18號還沒來,寫信去問,要我等到2/23號,2/24號還沒收到,我直接寫信要求退款,然後給了我以下的回覆

I have checked and can confirm that unfortunately the parcel has been lost with our carrier and I have processed a refund for your order as you requested.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

我大概知道他要我給他10個工作天的時間將款項退回我的帳戶,問題是我當初是用中信卡刷的,有信用卡就一定會有該行的帳戶嗎?如果沒有,這樣他是將款項匯到哪?還是中信那就不會扣款,問題是我的帳單明細裡面有這一條,而且我卡費已經繳了~~請問接下來要怎麼做呢?
第一次上ASOS買東西就遇到這種事,實在沒有信心在上ASOS買了!!
