小弟我1/21在ASOS購物...因購買金額超過200
所以ASOS自動升級快遞...有DPD Track Number
之後在DPD上去track...從1/22的狀態...就一直沒有更新..這情形是正常的嗎?

因為之前也有使用ASOS快遞服務...貨物狀況也都會一直更新..4~5天就會到貨
但現在還沒到...實在有點擔心!

這狀況有必要寫信問ASOS客服還是DPD UK嗎? 謝謝
