請問關於日本樂天購物，台灣信用卡使用疑問??

昨天，在日本樂天coolcat購買了2個porter包，使用信用卡付費，今天收到coolcat的EMail，如下:

Hello XXX,

Thank you for your order.

An illegal card has been discovered by the credit card issued in foreign countries.

I should confirm it to you.
Please teach me the address and the telephone number registered in your credit card.

When it was able to be confirmed, I will be able to send out the commodity.

大意上，是否要我回信給他那張信用卡的地址和電話資料(中文?英文?)?那他要如何確認?還是要使用JCB的卡才能順利購物?請有經驗的朋友幫忙一下，謝謝!!!!
