ASOS 及 AllSaints(UK)寄錯尺寸退貨經驗分享

請問有人收到退運費的發票了嗎??我今天寄出退貨的運費可是花了我一千多,退不到我不就虧大了??莫名奇妙的損失,我一定會爭取到底
我在三月廿二日寄回一件物品到ASOS ,EMS也顯示他們在三月廿五日就投遞成功還有簽收者的姓名 直到今天我都還沒收到回信 因此自行寫信過去詢問 但asos回信說他們查詢並沒有收到這件物品 請問我接下來應該怎麼辦

建議你把EMS追蹤號碼給ASOS
號碼下面順便貼上EMS追蹤網址
請他們自己看
之前我也遇到同樣的情況
我想如果寄回ASOS是用平信的話
它們一定不認帳
好在有追蹤號碼
但要ASOS退郵資的話
我看很難
我已寄回三筆

郵資共3960
我資料是全部齊全寄給ASOS
第一筆寄回到現在過了一個月多還是叫我等
這三筆寄回衣服褲子
都是ASOS寄暇疵'寄錯品項或寄錯尺寸
ASOS擺爛叫客戶自行吸收郵資
真的蠻不合理
昨天又收到外包裝打32w
裡面確是36w的牛仔褲(我訂32w的)
這件褲子31英鎊沒有用折扣碼=約1500連刷卡手續費
EMS寄回去的運費要1160
就算退回ASOS退款好了
但ASOS不退郵資給我
扣掉郵資我實際只拿回300多塊
這2個月多月以來在ASOS買超過20萬
損失的郵資,加上自己抓錯尺寸的部份
超過30000元
(自己抓錯尺寸的部份,想說沒退郵資就沒退回給ASOS)
退回的話郵資都跟退款差不多了
但沒想到連ASOS搞砸的部份也沒退郵資
我想我不會再在ASOS買東西了

請問我昨天將錯誤商品東西寄回後,我把購票證明還有寄出的單子跟樓主的退郵資的資料單附件MAIL過去,他回信說的這些我不太明白耶,而且它附這個附件給我是啥意思耶??謝謝

Thank you for your email.
We will process your returned item within 24 hours of receiving it and an email will be sent to you to confirm this. Your refund for the item will be sent to the account that was used to place the order, once your return has been processed.
Please allow 10 working days for your parcel to arrive in our warehouse.

我的也一個多月~然後寫信給ASOS 他們就說....那趕快把支票停掉...再補寄一張...

然後再補寄一張...過了半個月....

但還是沒收到....


重點..前兩天收到一包新寄的... 他們SZ又寄錯了....不過我這次學聰明...

不想寄回去了....退回去虧更大!!

退運費看起來是個幌子@@

基本上如果是他們的問題我會退回去給他們拉,反正運費是他們出,只是要拖很久而已.....
我看好像都還沒有人成功拿回支票的說......我有寫信跟他們的客服說把運費的前我在拿來買他們的東西,
他們也說等這次再把支票寄過來看情形再說

Please help me complete the refund procedure,the information you need, all in the annex,I returned to pay postage, which means a refund would use??

As an online business, we aim to provide a Returns service that is totally hassle-free for you. From receipt, you have 28 days to decide if you want to return any item within your order. Just fill out the Returns Form enclosed with your order. Please be advised that Sale items are returnable under our Returns Policy.

If you have asked for a replacement this will processed within 24 hours of receipt.
