已解決(求救)請教我怎麼回ASOS的信件

我12/4在ASOS買了隻手錶,但始終沒收到,上次簡單的再FB詢問。
他們回說:別的地區郵政有延誤,叫我等到1/27。
到了今天我也還是沒收到,我又在FB詢問,但它們好像鬼打牆,我只要退款或者重寄,
有大大可以教我該怎麼寫他們才願意退款或重寄嗎??

以下是幾封他們給我的信。

I’m getting back in touch about your ASOS order 訂單號碼. Im sorry your watch still isnt with you. this is not the level of customer service we want our customers to experience when shopping with ASOS.

I've looked intyo this for you and it looks like your parcel has been lost on the way to you.

As your parcel was sent with your local postal service, tracking isn't available on this delivery

The delivery address you gave us for this order is: 地址 and was expected to be delivered 06/01/2016.

Can you confirm that this delivery address is correct? It's worth asking anyone else at the delivery address if they've taken delivery of your parcel or checking if any of your neighbours to see if they've accepted it for you. Try taking a look in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as behind bins, or in a shed, garage or porch. It is also a good idea to check with your local post office to see if they are holing the order for you.

If you still cannot locate your order after performing these checks please get back in touch and I will be able to help further.

Janice or to whom it may concern,

My ASOS order number is: XXXX. This order was expected to be delivered to me on Jan. 6th, 2016 but I haven’t received it. I checked the shipping address and it’s correct. I have asked all my family members and neighbors, but still cannot locate the item. Please let me know what are the options to solve this.
