ASOS重複寄送之退貨問題

前陣子在ASOS買了一件褲子
等了一個多月沒收到,於是寫信過去
他也二話不說補寄了
沒想到在等了一個月又10天之後,在今天收到了
想說不要佔他便宜,於是又寫信給他說之前那筆已經到達
他回覆我以下信件
請問他大概的意思是什麼呢?
把裡面內附的標籤貼上寄回去?
他說可以退我運費,那要怎麼退呢?

Thanks for getting back in touch - I'm pleased to hear your original order 88888888 has now arrived.

We've already sent out your replacement order, so please return it to us when you receive it - it's easy to do.

Please send your parcel back using the sticky address label on the returns note from your original order. If you haven't got the label anymore you can print one here to stick on the front of your parcel - make sure you write your original order number on the note.

Write on the back of your delivery note that you received the original order and put the note in your parcel when you send it back. Do ask for proof of postage and ensure you keep it safe in case we need to look at it later on.

I can refund your postage costs for you, simply complete the attached form and email it back to us along with a copy of your proof of postage - or you could fax them to us on 0044 1442 840 278. Remember to include your name and order number on the form.

包裹外面貼"Returned Goods"那張,
用退貨系統退回去,
退回去的時候在包裹裡面的Commercial Invoice 背面寫上"I've received the original order"
退貨系統登錄的時候會要你先付運費US $11~15
記得留下刷運費時paypal 或信用卡的明細,
寄給客服人員,他會刷退運費到你的信用卡。
兩年前也曾經遇過類似狀況....只是我的一千多快運費兩年多了還是沒收到....
所以我發誓,下次我一定會把它留下來賣掉!!!

可是你這樣做不怕ASOS會留下不良紀錄嗎?

最近ASOS也是寄錯外套給我,不僅型號寄錯連尺寸也錯

我是有回信告知ASOS寄錯,並打算寄回去

可是看到你的情形又讓我有點擔心到底要不要寄回去

畢竟一千多元說多不多說少也不少

那到底要不要乖乖的寄回去 = =
如果他退你運費是用支票的話,你拿去銀行託收,大概要一個月才會入帳,手續費各銀行不等,也是約500~800台幣吧,只要你不住英國,怎麼算都不划算!
ASOS是可以從信用卡刷退的哦!
他們退款的效率真的是還不錯!不至於兩年還沒收到

我辦過很多次瑕疵退貨或丟包刷退
幾乎都是等到他們回覆後一個禮拜內就會收到退款

如果要把褲子寄回去可以跟他們多凹一個折扣碼(8折、9折都有)
您損失的應該是時間跟一點點的刷退手續費XD...
