[求助]如何讓AF退款或補寄一件(看不懂4241)

However, I found the sensor still on my shorts.

今天收到官網寄來的衣服了，但是發現有一件褲子也是中了防盜扣，有點想要試看看可不可以讓官網退款或是再補寄一件。可是小的英文真的不太好，有沒有人可以幫小弟寫一下英文信...

另外這是買的圍巾真的是超級大件，不過用料好像挺粗糙的請問那個標籤(白色)在使用時要撕掉嗎?
