My OS is window7

Because some reason, I can not use control panel/GUI to change my keyboard setting

My keyboard become 精業注音鍵盤
How to use "regedit" to change back to 標準注音鍵盤

Thanks! Now, I just could use cut and paste ... very very hard to type Chinese

Because I can not use control panel in GUI mode, I only can use regedit.
Your answer can not work for me.

Yes, I can not use GUI, but I can use regedit!

I google many webs and find out the regedit can work
But, it just let me could use "Chinese keyword as input"

However, I can use Chinese keyword
But, I do not want to use 精業注音鍵盤
I want to use 標準注音鍵盤

Anyone, who know how to use "regedit" to change the Chinese keyword from 精業注音鍵盤 to 標準注音鍵盤

The key issue is

My window 7 OS will always force to "scroll down to the last choice"
I can not change anything from control pannel because it always scroll down the last choice.

自動下捲至底層，比較像鍵盤硬體故障，不像preload輸入法設定問題，
個人曾發生羅技的滑鼠上多功能按鍵故障，導致一直上下捲動。
建議您借一套基本功能的鍵盤滑鼠測試，或許能解決問題。

I read this article before, but this articel is "how to use Chinese phonic"

For some Chinese phonic, it will have many different keyboard.
For example : when you choose 注音, it will have several keyboard for choice
標準注音鍵盤
倚天注音鍵盤
精業注音鍵盤

This article can not solve my question.
Anyway, Thanks.
