[求助] 請問中文繁簡轉換 (Office 2003 英文版)

一直沒辦法使用繁簡轉換，慣完增益集，有選PRC Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English為語言。

Word: Tool=> Language 裡還是找不到繁簡轉換。

開Excel 顯示下列:

Can not load TCSC conversion CON addin. To use the feature, you must first install "Traditional Chinese-Simplified Chinese Conversion" feature from Chinese Office or Chinese LPK.


是因為我用英文版Office 的關係嗎? 如何解決?

ps 我有用Dr eye，有繁簡轉換功能，會影響嗎?
