The server upgrading work is proceeding along accordingly. We'd like to thank you for your
understanding and support of TelTel during this period of time.
We forsee this work to continue into early August, so we'd like to inform our users that
possible symptoms of system instability include:
1. Login failure within a certain period of time.
2. Slow update of presence information.
3. Occassional dropped-calls.
This is a temporary situation, and we expect these occurances to be reduced to the minimum
once our servers are fully upgraded.
We are working hard to improve our system as soon as possible in order to provide you with
better experience.
