原來真的是卡巴的問題，但為什麼只有日本網站有說明...台灣的網站都沒相關的說明??

但隨著開機次數越來越多，不得不轉用Symantec Antivirus v10.1.5.5000 Corporate Edition,
21~23日, 目前沒有文字消失情況發生.

關於Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0，4/17晚上所發佈的更新檔不完全，導致部分的Windows執行不正常、執行緩慢的現象，已經在4/17日被確認了。由於4/21日20:00之後發佈了修正更新檔，對於已經造成上述現象的顧客，請進行更新檔的更新程序。造成顧客的困擾感到十分的抱歉。
如果還有沒解決問題的地方，請到kaspersky專門的（線上）支援中心詢問。
