IE 無法上網 Firefox 可以

安裝了 OpenSTA 移除後
IE 無法上網了 ....
DNS ok ,(NSOLLKUP )
用 Firefox ok 很正常
用 Wireshark 抓封包發現 IE 根本沒丟封包 ?
rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 %windir%\Inf\ie.inf
重灌IE 6 也一樣
安裝 IE7 ==> 一樣
IE 7 測試 ......

error 無法進行 HTTP 連線。
error 無法進行 HTTPS 連線。
error 無法進行 FTP 連線。
