KWH的確是算實功，而KVAH是算總功，所以在KVAH下PF值愈差，計算出來的錢就愈高了，而KWH只抓實際消耗的。
不過你提到wiki的網址，它裡面也有寫一段話
「 which consists of real power plus reactive power. Real power is the power actually consumed by the load. Reactive power is repeatedly demanded by the load and returned to the power source」
它也寫虛功回到Power source....為什麼呢?
