Same case, now running Q9450 OC to 3.2Ghz with Zalman CMPS9700 NT(110mm fan), idle temperture is about 33C and loaded temperture doesn't break 50C.
All comes down to CPU fan tha you are using. Your CPU temperture looks OK, it's a P4's average temperture. So just choose a cooler with larger fan size and lower fan speed. might be a little more than your budget, but shouldn't be too bad of a choice.

技嘉的G-Power Pro以及Lite
還有日本武士 刀2000
這3款都是可以用小朋友打發掉的
技嘉是鋁底鋁鰭銅粉導管
風扇可以自己調節轉速
至於日本武士 刀2000則是銅底銅導管鋁鰭片

就是鋁和銅的導熱係數不是不同嗎?
那銅底鋁鰭片會不會比銅底銅鰭片的散熱效果來的差啊?
