已經爬過文,不過還沒看到類似的狀況所以想詢問一下
半個月前才買了ASUS ROG STRIX RX-570 4G GAMING 想去做遊戲兌換
華碩那邊差不多等了五個工作天,拿到序號後去AMD官網輸入但跟蠻多人一樣卡在「需要進一步動作驗證您的折價券代碼」這邊
所以就寫了支援請求單給官方客服,也有附上發票跟顯卡外盒跟華碩給的兌換序號截圖




然後剛剛收到了AMD那邊的回覆
