[New]Nvidia Geforce / ION Driver "190.62 WHQL" English Version 測試。

目前尚未發表出中文版，目前測試的結果在技嘉 GTX 275(GV-N275UD-896I)底下測試結果：

1.惡靈古堡5 (BIO HAZZARD 5 Benchmark)以及快打旋風4 (STREET FIGHTER IV Benchmark)測試結果都略減0.1~0.3 FPS/per second，但是新增的使用者-電源控制管理設定；在這個版本很成功的讓Geforce 9以上的晶片智慧且有效率的控制電源以及風扇轉速，使得GPU溫度比起上一版190.38版本溫度更為降低(測試環境：室溫29度，測試結果：顯示卡在待機狀況下約降低了4~5個degree)，這對使用Geforce 9 以及最新的GTX 200 Series的使用者來說是個相當大的利多，再也不會因為過熱而死當或是出現Blue Screen了，有興趣測試的朋友可以下載測試喔!!

2.增加兩個遊戲在PhysX下最佳化：分別是"Batman: Arkham Asylum"(蝙蝠俠-阿卡漢療養院)以及 Darkest
of Days這兩個遊戲.

Adds a new user-controlled power management setting for select GeForce 9-series and later graphics cards (only available on cards that already support more than one power state). This option allows users to set a performance level for each DirectX or OpenGL application.
