很不幸最近發生一些問題，我有一顆HFS＋外接硬碟for mac，最近因為想從pc外移檔案，用了paragon HFS+ windows8 來讀取hfs硬碟，結果手癢硬砍一些東西（在windows下），好像把硬碟搞壞了（因為用ccleaner清除很久沒反應，結果死當～），接到mac上用disk utility去檢測修復，結果說是沒法修復，要儘快備份檔案。
於是google了一下，用hd regenerator and hd tune pro檢測，hd regenerator顯示沒有bad sector，但有21delays; hd tune pro 顯示 calibration retry count: data/3 (number of calibration attempts after a calibration failure: 3; status: calibration error)。
請問這樣是壞軌的前兆嗎，如果我備份出來，再ｆｏｒｍａｔ成ｅｘＦＡＴ（ｐｃ／ｍａｃ共用）還可以用嗎？？
