請問一下板上的各位先進!!
小弟過年前RMA了一顆250G的硬碟至Seagate!
而後Seagate回復了一封信,內容如下!
紅色的部分那邊顯示為1,是不是Seagate不保固退修呢??
那後續我該怎麼處理呢?

Total Expected Not Received Qty是1,代表他沒有收到你的硬碟,
Total Discrepant Quantity這個才是不符合保固資格的
要不要跟你的承運商聯絡一下?
你是用哪一種方式寄送你的硬碟給seagat的??
如果是快遞的話應該會有托運單,去查一下狀態吧
