請問我的硬碟是不是壞了?

如題
這顆硬碟是用抽取式的
裡面分割成兩個部分
就是開機進去時就有一個選單
其中一個開不了
另一個可以
無法打開的那部分
有很重要的資料
如果是硬碟損壞有辦法救裡面的資料嗎??

開機所出現的錯誤：
