但是在西捷給我的訂單確認郵件裡面的線上查詢卻是沒有收到
今天回家收信看到一封西捷寄來的信件 只是小弟英文不好
不知道信件的內容是表達什麼 可以的話煩請有經驗的大大幫我解答一下

Please be informed we have received below drives discrepancies for
RMA.1000669491
The warranty for the drive had been voided accordingly. No replacement
will be given to the affected RMA.
Refer to attachment detail and you may choose to
1. Scrap at Seagate or
2. Take back under freight collect.

Please acknowledge within 48 hours with disposition to 1) scrap or 2) take
back under freight collect.

Should we not hear from you by dated (5 days), we will proceed to help
scrap them in Seagate.
