到現在沒消沒息,
打給WD客服,兩個雞同鴨講
寫mail給牠,卻只有拖字訣
這輩子沒用過別家的硬碟
WD讓我有這個機會,我想請教一下
為什麼美加地區RMA速度很快,而台灣卻那麼麻煩
好不容易WD有了答覆

checked with the service center and the drive safely been received by the
service center and currently being processed for replacement. We will
proceed with the shipment once the replacement drive is ready.
If you have further inquiries, Kindly respond to this email and we will get
back to you shortly.
Kindly take note the all the proceed would be within 14-21 working days.
We regret for any inconvenience caused.
可能還要再等一個月左右,算了放棄,準備去敗s牌的硬碟
打這篇沒什麼意思,只是希望各位以後買硬碟,請考慮清楚

後記:
將此po文寄給wd之後,當天網頁馬上顯示已寄出
好像會吵的小孩有糖吃
其實像各位所說的硬碟挑來挑去也只有這幾家
或許我下次又會po文說sg的爛
我這次有好好的自我反省
我錯在不該買"聯強"代理的wd
我應該買捷元代理的"wd"
或許情況就不一樣,頂多只要500就可以馬上換一顆新的
不過還是建議wd,rma時間實在太久了,是否也該注重一下台灣的消費者
