1 person reported that a 45nm E5450 was unstable (random crashes). Said they tried the things in the troubleshooting guide, and it didn't help.

還是會發生要按F1才能進WIN7，風扇轉速無法控制，然後換個方法去下載原廠(https://www.asus.com/tw/Commercial-Desktop/BM5220/HelpDesk_Download/)bios ，後用MMTOOL3.26去添加其他(http://home.gamer.com.tw/creationDetail.php?sn=2359090)網友教學提供的微碼，後再更新bios(都是用隨身碟使用asus ez flash2去做)，結果還是一樣的情況要按F1，跟風扇無法控制，想要請問一下
各位高手我是哪個地方出錯了嗎?
