早上直接mail問Kodak, 結果非常非常失望...回答的原文如下:

We understand your concern and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We will do our very best to help you.
We need to inform you that by reviewing the pictures and videos that you took with your camera, you are essentially turning on the camera itself. A turned on camera in this case for this camera model, the lens always will be on the opened position for so as to be ready if you will be taking a new picture.

為了讓大家可以隨時stand by，替使用者想好，要開reviewer時，會讓鏡頭開啟，以免錯失拍好照片的時機，不過這台有一個缺點，就是在看review時，通常是在休息的時候了，為何會這樣，因為外頭是好日子(有陽光時)，根本無法看清礎review裡面的照片，所以使用者根本不會選擇要拍照片這樣的時機來看，太天真了哩，看V1273會不會也移除這個功能(已有人買到了，夠快)。
昨天在Y拍上跟一個賣家入手一台V1073 另含一顆原廠電池、一張4G的SDHC的SD卡、讀卡機、及一個副廠充電器!
沒圖沒真相，小小開箱一下，拍不好勿怪!
