Why is that?? You have the advantage becuase you have huge engines? What point are you making here?
Then I guess american muscles are all better cars than Lexus, for examples Ford Mustang and etc. ..
Why not compare small engine that outputs the same or more power??

Big deal about the Toyota F1, its just another expensive marketing to the Japanese.
It will actually be worth something if Toyota uses that tech on their commercial vehicles, fact is: they don't!! And you are probabily wondering why?
I have a friend working at Toyota Technocraft in Yokohama Japan. Used to work for Toyota TRD division. Couple of years ago, I was visiting him, stayed with him at his place for over two weeks. He drives a 15 yrs-old Mercedes E class, I ask him why?
He said: "Its a real CAR."
I asked, what about the car you make?
He laughed and said "Toyota?" He then said, "After all these years working for Toyota TRD before transferring to Toyota Technocraft, my conclusion for Toyota is, good company, good manufacturing, but still at least TEN years behind all German cars". "Even racing, I have been working with TRD at the Fujispeedway for years, but that's just local."
Then I asked, "what about Toyota F1?"
He said, " Oh, F1, has nothing to do with us. Toyota-Japan. F1 makes us famous, but we never got in touch with their technology, its their secret, not ours. They will never share their tech. So its never used on Toyota cars. We pay them to get Toyota stickers on the cars, and get it on TV. That's all."
He said then, "But don't get me wrong, Toyota still makes good cars." Then he opened his garage, "You see, I have a Toyota too - Alphard, a family car, we make good family cars."
"Toyota are very good at marketing, selling and manufacturing cars, but technology wise, we are still behind the germans."
Those words are from an insider of Toyota. If you don't believe me, I can PM his number in Japan, you can call and ask him youself, he is still working with Toyota Technocraft.
So still proud of your Toyota F1? Think twice!
Who started this? Why not compare Audis to BMWs or Mercedes, why Lexus, its obviously a different class.
