Signed on behalf of the Republic of China on 19 December 1969. See note concerning signatures, ratifications, accessions, etc. on behalf of China (note 1 under "China" in the "Historical Information" section in the front matter of this volume.).

單純爭議的是法案，自然去看法案內容，還黨餵的

daslebewohl 不是聊政治阿，我單純是要堅定內側車道可以最高速長期使用立場，所以我是談法規，他拿國際公約來說台灣必須跟進，那我當然會找不同的理由反駁這公約對台灣已經失效。單純在反駁而已
而且國際政治大概就是那樣阿，對岸逼其他國家不承認台灣地位，重點還是官方還承不承認我們是成員之一?還是只是其他國家單純默許而已?那聯合國網站為何不在簽署清單中列出中華民國

現在聯合國網站內的最新列表不參考?跑去參考2007年的老資料?
這就像修法後不看新法，跑去宣讀已變更的舊法
醒醒吧，很多東西早被對岸給施壓抹掉了
這公約完全是給聯合國會員簽的，不是都不是會員了，頂多代表曾經會員時簽過
目前對台灣/中華民國的立場根本沒有效力
不像WTO台灣還是實際加入狀況，還有規範可以對台灣裁罰，這種才是必須遵守的
