To compare the traffic of those places with the of Taiwan, if there is any, is like comparing a modern city with Jurassic jungle. It's dog eat dog out there. Everyone for his own. If you die, you die.
For example, leaving a margin between cars is a common sense and must do in most regions on earth, but in Taiwan, it is a sign of weakness, shameful, and frown upon.
