但是並不是表示完全沒有責任
只是責任相對比較小一點
以一個單純狀況的路權來說
就是左40:右60
其他交通工具及不同的路況還會有不同的責任加減
例如
雙方同時的達路口雙方皆未減速
左車40%右車60%肇責
左車未減速60%右車減速40%
左車減速20%右車未減速80%
所以有沒有在路口減速也是責任判定的因素之一
我也曾經在其他國家住過持有過駕照開過車
但是懶得一個個找法規了
我是認為不可能有法規鼓勵路口加速的
除非是已經過停止線而號誌變燈的情況
還有順帶一提
黃燈我記得是歸在綠燈可通行的情況裡面
只是用於提示號誌即將轉換
我認為真正的問題應該是台灣的黃燈每個秒數都不一樣
所以才造成有人衝有人停

不巧，匹夫也在紐西蘭開過車，妳說的這些是無號誌路口或圓環， 跟紅綠燈有啥關係?
此外美國人過紅綠燈路口，綠燈確實沒在減速，影片很多自己網上看<不用到美國開車都會。

(還 youtube 哩 有人騎機車在快速道路飆到200公里 PO到youtube上, 所以這樣騎是OK的?)再來看"在有燈號管制"的路口 一般人會如何開車
1. 停車等紅燈 變綠燈時 從0加速 通過路口 (對 這時候是加速 但是車速不可能有多快 還算是慢速前進)
2. 綠燈 前方沒車, 有行人穿越道 許多國家都規定要 減速 小心行人, 就算沒有"硬性"規定減速 難道你還"加速"衝過去 不怕有行人突然闖紅燈衝出來? 要知道 "行人在人行道上"有絕對路權
3. 綠燈 前方有車 你想加速也沒辦法 速度太快時 反而是不是要踩煞車? 不要撞到前車?
4. 只有一種情形 會有"不良"駕駛會加速(甚至超速)通過十字路口 那就是轉黃燈要變紅燈時
這也是絕大部分"行人會被撞死"的情況, 所以你堅持這時候要加速搶黃燈(甚至紅燈)衝過去就對了?!

澳洲的紅綠燈路口規則
Green Light
You may proceed through the intersection or turn right or left, if it is safe to do so, unless:
a sign or signal such as No Right Turn or No Entry prohibits that movement or
the intersection or the road beyond the intersection is blocked.
If turning right, enter beyond the stop line and proceed as far as possible without impeding oncoming vehicles. Wait within the intersection until it is safe to complete the turn.
You must also give way to:
other vehicles and pedestrians in the intersection after the last light change, including turning traffic
pedestrians, if you are turning to the right or left
vehicles from the opposite direction, if you are turning right.

看到綠字吧? 只有行人號誌綠燈的行人妳要讓她與剛變換燈號來不及走完的行人。
