各位戰士們
做完32天了
有沒有一種成就感?
肚臍上面有沒有一條直線跑出來了?
羅馬不是一天造成
六塊肌也不是一個月練得出來
推befit的abs課表是大家有個目標可以跟著一起做
養成定時運動的習慣
所以建議大家休息一天再繼續第二月的戰鬥

覺得befit的day1還算ok
我看day3開始

我覺得最後用單手撐起身體那項蠻難做的
手臂一直搖晃
而且手臂會很酸

大家都好厲害哦,我做完day1 整個人像快死了一樣,
有人知道地上的圓墊是瑜珈墊嗎?
我直接在地板做,手肘會痛也,一天的課程只能做一次嗎?還是可以重覆的做
