如果照之前我軍中部隊的訓練法,就是伏地挺身丶仰臥起坐都要練,如果都能練到標準100下以上,正手拉單槓就能有10多下吧……? 當然還是看個人的體能就是……但至少也該有6下以上。反正吃飯前就是會先測單槓,不到十下的人,差一下補十下伏地挺身,如果一下都拉不上的人,那就做滿100下再吃XD由於我是通信班長,平常就有登高課程,不知道這點有没有差XD

伏地挺身..這我不知道耶.我勉強30下.但是單槓直上直下最多可以到12下..小弟以前練習的時候.反正就先上單槓.剛開始拉不上去.或許只到一半.就在那位置撐住.不行的時候下來休息一下.反覆練習.啞鈴也有舉..多練習應該OK低!!
