jesus, I can't believe all the horrible ideas bunch of guys just gave in this thread. Seriously, unlike Asian conservative ones, blonde girls respond really well with direct approach.

Here's what I do when I cold-approach white girls in the US and Australia.

Go up to her from behind, when you walk pass by her (just by a little), turn her around with your hand and stop her(and say excuse me, while standing still).

Here is what you say "hey, I just saw you walked by and I honestly wouldn't be able to sleep tonight if I didn't come tell you how hot/cute/gorgeous (pick one) you are. I'm XXX (your name), what's your name? (and reach out your hand ready for a quick hand shake)"

After that, most girls would be like "wow, thank you! that's nice of you"

Regardless of what she says, ask what she's up to, etc

Then you're on your own.

Trust me on this, girls would think really highly of you when you approach them and tell them they're cute/hot/good looking because 99% of guys don't have balls to do it.

Are you that 99% or 1%?

No, Asian are sterotype as asexual.

There is huge difference between conservative and asexual. If you act sexual, no women will ever belive you are asexual.
