有人在FXCM開戶嗎??

有人有用FXCM作外匯保證金交易嗎?今天下載交易約定書來看,對裡面其中一個約定條例不太了解...

6. COLLATERAL AND LENDING AGREEMENT. All funds, currencies, and other property of
Trader which FXCM or its affiliates may at any time be carrying for Trader (either individually,
jointly with another, or as a guarantor of the account of any other person,) or which may at
any time be in its possession or control or carried on its books for any purpose, including
safekeeping, are to be held by FXCM as security and subject to a general lien and right of setoff
for liabilities of Trader to FXCM whether or not FXCM has made advances in connection
with such funds, currencies or other property, and irrespective of the number of accounts
Trader may have with FXCM. FXCM may in its discretion, at any time and from time to time,
without notice to Trader, apply and/or transfer any or all funds, currencies or other property of
Trader between any of Trader’s accounts. Trader hereby also grants to FXCM the right to
pledge, re-pledge, hypothecate, invest or loan, either separately or with the property of other
Traders, to itself as broker or to others, any securities or other property of Trader held by
FXCM as margin or security. FXCM shall at no time be required to deliver to Trader the
identical property delivered to or purchased by FXCM for any account of Trader. The purpose
of the Lending Agreement is to allow FXCM to use the currencies, property, depository
receipts as collateral.
6. 擔保與借款協議。交易者的所有資金、貨幣及其它財產，如其被FXCM 或其附屬機構在任何時候
為交易者(個人、與他人共同、或作為任何他人的擔保人)持有，或在任何時候由FXCM 為任何目的
(包括妥善保管)掌管或控制，此類財物將被FXCM 作為擔保物，並可因交易者對FXCM 的義務受制
於普通留置權及對沖權，不論FXCM 是否針對上述資金、貨幣或其他財產給予貸款，也不論交易者
在FXCM 開立賬戶數目的多少。FXCM 可能不通知交易者而行使自主權在任何時候或不時地將交易
者的所有資金, 貨幣或其他財產投入或轉賬到交易者的任何賬戶。交易者在此亦授權FXCM 將交易者
作為保證金或擔保物的任何證券或其他財物，以單獨或者與其他交易者的財產一起的形式，抵押、
再抵押，投資或出借於FXCM 自己(作為經紀人)或其他方。FXCM 在任何時候均無需向交易者交回
等同於FXCM 交予其他交易者的財產。借款協議書的目的是為了讓FXCM 以貨幣、財產、倉單做抵
押。

其中的這句"交易者的所有資金、貨幣及其它財產，如其被FXCM 或其附屬機構在任何時候為交易者(個人、與他人共同、或作為任何他人的擔保人)持有...................."

我看英文和中文的條例沒有特別註明是"存放在FXCM裡的財產",這條例只說明交易者所有的資金、貨幣及其它財產，這樣定義就很模糊拉，那表示我沒有放在他們那邊的財產他們有有權管轄到囉??可以被他們抵押之類的~~這樣是不是有一定風險存在?
