[求救]信用卡國外消費問題

各位大德安安，小弟想請問一個關於信用卡國外消費的問題

事情是這樣的，小弟在昨天(12日)在國外一個叫做"G2A"的網站刷了一筆金額

而手機很快的就傳來了刷卡成功的簡訊，但過沒幾分看看到網站顯示"Your transaction has been declined"、內容是"We are sorry, but your transaction has been declined by our security system."，根據敘述應該是被網站系統擋下

但問題來了，我打去銀行客服詢問後，確定我交易是成功的，額度也被吃掉了

接著就開始寫信給G2A客服，客服回答"The money should reach you as soon as the card operator that handled your payment processes it back and adds it back to your balance. The time of that varies depending on each payment operator. Unfortunately, we are not able to influence this process, we kindly ask for your patience in this matter. "

然後小弟不放心，於是繼續詢問G2A客服究竟會把錢退給我還是會幫我完成儲值，客服回應"When order is declined then it is also automatically refunded. Now it is only up to credit card company how fast they can process it."

看意思應該是交易被擋下時，$$就會自動退回到信用卡，但我再度打去銀行客服詢問，客服回答交易確定是有成功，可能需要我再跟G2A客服溝通，否則可能要等45天，小弟擔心會影響到下次付款日的金額...

請問各位大大，小弟現在應該要繼續連繫G2A客服，請G2A幫我進行刷退，抑或是等待一些時日，$就會自動退回了呢？小弟是信用卡新手，還請各位大大多多包涵與幫忙，感謝~~
