國內 IC 設計大廠聯發科於 6 日公布 2017 年 5 月份財報。根據財報顯示，聯發科 5 月份的營收為新台幣 184.37 億元，較 4 月份小幅增加 3.89%，較 2016 年同期的 246.36 億元，則是減少 25.16%。不過，聯發科股價近來則是突破低檔盤整的格局，半個月內上漲了超過 10%。6 日股價也無懼大盤下跌走勢，收盤價逆勢上揚。股價來到每股 245 元的價位，上漲 2 元，漲幅為 0.82%。
由於聯發科副董事長暨總經理謝清江在前上一季的法說會中表示，第 2 季智慧型手機因新舊產品交替，導致需求減緩的情況之下，營收將會有所壓力。不過，因為產品組合改變之下，成長性產品可望有較大的出貨成長，這將使得毛利率會逐季成長，預估年第 2 季智慧型手機與平板晶片的出貨共約 1.1 億套到 1.2 億套之間。而就本季前兩個月的合併金額計算，6 月營收必須到 199.15 億元之上，才能達到財測低標，仍有不小壓力。
就整體第 2 季的營運狀況來預估，聯發科表示，以新台幣兌美元 1 比 30 元計算，第 2 季營收為 561 億元到 606 億元間，相較第 1 季維持平或上升 8% 的程度。毛利率為 34% 正負 1.5 百分點，營業費用率則為 30% 正負 2 個百分點之間。

Israeli automotive chip firm Valens raises $60 million (2454, 005930, GS)
TEL AVIV, April 6 (Reuters) - Israeli semiconductor company Valens has raised $60 million in a financing round led by Israel Growth Partners, and including new investors Delphi, Samsung Catalyst Fund, Goldman Sachs and MediaTek, in addition to Valens’ existing investors.
The new funding will enable the company to make inroads into the automotive industry as well as speed up time to market, develop additional products and support customers, Valens said on Thursday.
Valens introduced its automotive technology in 2016 to address the challenges of the connected car, including the increasing amount of bandwidth and wiring necessary for infotainment and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. (Reporting by Tova Cohen, Editing by Ari Rabinovitch)
