據了解，吳姓男子學歷不高，卻以直銷概念及網軍模式經營「外匯青年軍」，還自封最高統帥「柯博文」，青年軍旗下自1000美元入門的指揮官級，依投入金額沿級起跳，吳男下有10餘個軍團，以老鼠會方式吸引年輕又有錢的富家子弟投入，將金錢化為遊戲戰爭方式搏殺，但實際投入資金的投資人，最後幾乎都血本無歸。
檢調今搜索約談吳男及多名青年軍成員，並查扣成員炫富用的超跑、重機到案，目前正擴大偵辦中。（法庭中心／台北報導）

Bank Issues

We are currently experiencing some problems with our bank Swissquote. Some withdrawals have been processed only to have them return some time later. I have attached a jpg to this message to show the message given to us when these funds are returned.
