真是誇張, 我是受害人竟然還向我收費.
我向某買家買了一支電吉他連運費總共是381.41USD..
當我得標後隨即使用PayPal付錢..
收到電吉他後我發現他的Power有問題..
寫了meg給賣家..
但是賣家遲遲不回..
約四天後我寫了數封megs都像石沉大海..
我向PayPal提出dispute並期待利用PayPal與對方取得對話的機會..
但是三天後還是沒有回應..
我直接放棄對話提出claim..
因為賣家一直沒與PayPal聯絡..
我收到像樓主轉貼的信..
我得到PayPal 200USD的賠償..
這個是PayPal review我的case可以陪賞的最高金額..
PayPal的policy是寫up to 2000USD但是低於2000USD的買賣想拿到全額的賠償機會很小(除非賣家出面願意負責)..
因為我並不接受200USD所以持續試圖與賣家聯絡並留下萬一不出面解決..
我不排除告他的可能性..
終於賣家露面..
表示之前遠行到昨天才回來..
他要我把吉他寄還給他他會full refund..
後來我就經由PayPal得到賣家的全額退款..
如果今天賣家不出面..
最後的收場就是我得到一支壞掉的電吉他及PayPal所理賠的200SD..
賣家的帳號被Block..
以上是小弟的經驗..
給樓主參考一下..
關於樓主花了1,220USD只得到14.xxUSD塊的賠償我覺得有點怪..
我想你應該繼續跟賣家聯絡要求對方出面解決..
不然真的很虧..
有很多eBay的騙子仗著你不會為了區區幾佰幾十塊美金..
願意花數千塊打官司..
吃定你的心態..
他帳號被Block頂多再申請一個..
所以一定要表達不惜花錢也要討回公道的態度..
才能真正的維護自身的權益..
4 years ago, I bought something in Ebay, pay by "Paypal"($200).
After 3 months later, I got nothing.
So I write down my payment record and email to FBI & internat Fraud brew.
After 3 days, I got my "somthing".
If you have any issue with Paypal, you have to file clam with Paypal, and your credit card company.
let your credit card company to deal with paypal.
Yes, Use AMEX. that is going to be your best option.
Also, paypal is almost the only payment method for ebay, if there is no paypal today, I have no idea how to pay for things on ebay.
Paypal is not perfect, but that is the best payment method out there.
